How do I join Fine Care 247 Ltd.?

Thank you for your interest in joining Fine Care 247 Ltd.! We are sure you’ll like it here. To join Fine Care all you have to do is contact our new admissions department. Our friendly team will tell you exactly what documents you need and how to go about procuring them. As soon as you supply the necessary documentation our new admissions department will put you on the fast track for admissions and you can expect a callback within a few days.

How much experience do I need?

We try to maintain a strict standard for all healthcare providers on our platform. That means that at least 6 months of experience is necessary to start working on our platform. That is 6 months each for the type of care that you wish to provide. If, for example, you wish to work both in a hospital and as a home care nurse then you will require 6 months of experience in each field.

Why should I choose Fine Care 247 Ltd. over others?

The biggest thing that we have to offer is the freedom that you can get from working on our platform. We firmly believe in each person setting their own shifts, therefore, the personal freedom that you get here will be hard to find under other providers.

What if I don’t have enough experience?

We all have to start somewhere. Not having enough experience shouldn’t stand in your way of providing care for those that need it. That is why we offer training courses and temporary placements so that you can get the required experience and start working as an independent care provider as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay for the training courses that I take from Fine Care 247 Ltd.?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any free courses for now. All of the courses that you take from Fine Care 247 Ltd. will have to be paid for but if you manage to complete the required training within a month of subscribing to us, you can get half of the payment for the training course back. We regularly offer such schemes so that we can pass on the savings to you so check with our admissions department about what you can take advantage of.

Can I work with my hospital through Fine Care?

Sadly current laws do not permit people to do so. For a more comprehensive answer, you can contact us and explain your situation. Our team will do their utmost to satisfy all the questions that you may have.

How far do I have to go for work?

That is entirely up to you. You can deny shifts at your discretion but you’d be surprised at what you may find once you get out of your comfort zone.

How do I update availability?

There are currently 4 ways that you can update availability. You can:

  • You can log into the website and change your available shifts directly on your personal calendar. Keep in mind though that you can’t delete a shift once it’s been confirmed.
  • You can call us and we’ll update the shift schedule for you.
  • You can email us and let us know your availability and we’ll update for you.
  • You can text us and we’ll update your availability.
Can I work a couple of shifts per month?

Yes! That’s the whole point! You can work as many or as few shifts as you want.

Does Fine Care 247 Ltd. have a referral program?

Fine care 247 Ltd. does have a referral program, to get the proper details you can contact us directly and we’ll tell you all about it.

Can I leave and then rejoin?

Of course! If for any reason you wish to leave you can do so without any repercussions. When you come back you can let our HR department know that you are a returning member and we can expedite your rejoining process with ease.
